Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, statutory compliance, recruitment, and employee management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws, licensing requirements, ESI, PF, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

* Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.

* Maintain employee records and HR databases.

* Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.

* Monitor and manage ESI, PF, gratuity, and other employee benefits.

* Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and payroll-related activities.

* Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and performance management.

* Maintain all company licenses and statutory registrations.

* Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities when required.

* Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all licenses and permits.

* Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant HR insights.

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or related field.

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, PF, and payroll processes.

* Well-versed in handling company licenses, registrations, and renewals.

* Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.

* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail, supermarket, hypermarket, or hospitality sectors.

* Knowledge of Kerala labor regulations and compliance requirements.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
