Role Objective

Help customers visualize their dream spaces while enabling quick, professional design turnaround that improves customer confidence and conversion.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign

- Prepare AutoCAD drawings.
- Create SketchUp 3D models.
- Develop mood boards and material palettes.
- Suggest furniture layouts and design concepts.

Client Support

- Participate in client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Present design options and revisions.
- Assist customers with material selection.

Documentation

- Prepare BOQs.
- Create production drawings.
- Conduct site measurements.
- Coordinate design revisions.

Execution Support





- Visit project sites as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and execution teams.
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Skills

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp (Mandatory)
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (Preferred)
- MS Office
- Valuable presentation and communication skills
- Solid design aesthetics

Work Schedule

- Monday: Weekly Off
- Tuesday: Office (Design Development)
- Wednesday: Site visits & measurements
- Thursday: Office (Design Presentations)
- Friday: Vendor & site coordination
- Saturday: Client meetings
- Sunday: Flexible based on project requirements

Success Metrics

- Design turnaround within 24–48 hours
- Quality of client presentations
- Mood boards delivered on time
- Customer conversion support
- Drawing accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
