We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment activities across multiple roles and business functions. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, role fitment, and interest level.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Plan and execute campus hiring drives while building solid relationships with college placement teams.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring trackers for regular reporting.
- Support onboarding activities, documentation, and offer letter preparation as required.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably across multiple roles or bulk hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring requirements and work efficiently within deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
