JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, inventory planning, and material sourcing for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust negotiation skills, procurement knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source products, materials, and equipment from approved vendors and suppliers.

Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement based on stock requirements.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Stores, and Finance teams to support project execution.

Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

Evaluate vendor performance and develop long-term supplier relationships.

Support cost optimization initiatives and procurement process improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Operations, or related roles.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

Security Systems and CCTV

IT Infrastructure and Networking

Electrical Systems

Home Automation

Audio Visual Solutions

Construction or Building Services

Strong negotiation,



vendor management, and communication skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement-related software such as Tally, Zoho Inventory, ERP systems, or similar tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
