Eligibility:

- Degree in BBA, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Freshers to 6 months are welcome to apply
- customer service, client servicing, or sales support is preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage

Key Responsibility:

✔ Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
✔ Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
✔ Understand client requirements and provide effective solutions
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery




✔ Assist in client onboarding and account management activities
✔ Support business growth through client retention and engagement
✔ Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
