We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our residential and commercial projects, understanding customer requirements, and generating qualified leads. The selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling site visits, following up with potential buyers, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into successful bookings. Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi, while basic English communication will be an added advantage. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, strong convincing skills, and a willingness to achieve daily and monthly targets.
