We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our management team in improving employee performance, accountability, and engagement. This is a strategic HR role focused on KPI management, employee coaching, and performance reviews rather than routine HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop KPIs and KRAs for all departments and employees.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with employees.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Identify employee concerns and provide practical solutions.
- Work closely with department managers to improve productivity.
- Conduct probation and annual performance reviews.
- Recommend training, promotions, increments, and performance-based rewards.
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards and management reports.
- Support recruitment by evaluating shortlisted candidates when required.
- Promote a positive and high-performance work culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner, Performance Management, or HR Consulting experience.
- Solid experience in KPI development and performance appraisal systems.
- Excellent communication, coaching,



and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SME, engineering, construction, or ELV/ICT companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic HR guidance.

Compensation

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
