Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked goods.
- Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
- Ensure product quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts, Hotel Management, or relevant qualification.
- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Chef, or Dessert Chef in a restaurant, café, hotel, or bakery.




- Robust knowledge of baking techniques, dessert preparation, chocolate work, and cake decoration.
- Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
