Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns and driving business growth through digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing, along with a robust track record of increasing brand awareness, growing followers, boosting engagement, and generating high-quality leads through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
- Increase social media followers, page reach, engagement, and brand visibility organically and through paid promotions.
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.





Required Skills

- Minimum 10 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in boosting posts, increasing followers, improving reach, and generating leads.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet campaign goals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
