Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing and prospective life insurance customers.
- Analyze clients’ financial goals and insurance requirements.
- Recommend appropriate life insurance and protection plans.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients’ insurance portfolios and suggest updates when required.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.




- Build robust relationships with customers to ensure retention and policy renewals.
- Assist clients with policy servicing, documentation, claims guidance, and other support.
- Achieve assigned sales and premium collection targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
