About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and contributing to brand growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Design social media creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports using platform insights.
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to create engaging content for hiring, branding,



and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication style.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
