Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in the automobile sales or sales leadership domain.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

- Analyze sales performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives.

- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

- Represent the team in client meetings and provide strategic guidance during client interactions.

- Maintain and foster strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners.

Requirements

- Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within the automobile industry.





- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present and pitch effectively to a diverse audience.

- Experience in sales analysis and strategy development to drive revenue growth.

- Hands-on experience in automotive sales, including managing dealership or direct sales operations.

- Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and their market positioning in India.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and optimize team performance.

Nice to Have (Skills)

- Certification or training in sales management or leadership.

- Experience with CRM systems or tools specific to the automobile sector.

- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms used in automotive sales.

- Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions and closing deals.
