Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor – Sales to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admission procedures
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parent

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
