About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual communication and branding initiatives for our Real Estate and Solar Energy businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to create impactful marketing materials that strengthen brand identity, generate leads, and support sales efforts across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain consistent brand identities for both Real Estate and Solar Energy divisions.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, project profiles, sales presentations, and corporate materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, website graphics, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Design project launch campaigns, event branding, exhibition materials, and outdoor advertising assets.
- Produce high-quality visual content for property promotions, solar installations, customer testimonials, and corporate branding.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Manage photo editing, image retouching, and visual enhancements for marketing materials.
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors, photographers, and digital marketing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends,



design tools, and best practices in real estate and renewable energy marketing.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee creative quality standards when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, solar, renewable energy, or related industries is preferred.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising, digital marketing, and print design expertise.

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Canva Pro
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and creative automation platforms is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
