Key Responsibilities

✅ Model Development & ML Engineering

- Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
- Implement algorithms for NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics
- Fine‑tune pre‑trained models (LLMs, vision models, speech models)

✅ AI Application Development

- Integrate AI models into backend services, APIs, or applications
- Develop AI‑powered features such as chatbots, intelligent search, personalization, and automation
- Implement inference pipelines with low latency and high availability

✅ Data Handling & Feature Engineering

- Work with structured and unstructured data
- Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, and feature engineering
- Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines

✅ Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with advances in AI/ML research
- Evaluate new frameworks, models, and techniques
- Apply research findings to business problems

✅ Ethical & Responsible AI

- Address bias, fairness, explainability, and privacy concerns




- Follow responsible AI and data governance practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- (Robust experience may substitute formal education)

Technical Skills

Programming

- Python (must‑have)
- Familiarity with Java, C++, or JavaScript (optional but helpful)

Machine Learning & AI

- Supervised & unsupervised learning
- Deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Model evaluation and optimization

Frameworks & Libraries

- TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Scikit‑learn
- Hugging Face, LangChain (for LLM‑based systems)

Data & Systems

- SQL / NoSQL databases
- APIs & microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
