Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily farm operations.
- Manage crop production, including land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting.
- Oversee livestock management, including feeding, breeding, health, and welfare (where applicable).
- Supervise, train, and evaluate farm workers and seasonal labor.
- Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and irrigation systems to optimize yields.
- Prepare and manage farm budgets, operational expenses, and inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of production, labor, equipment, and farm inputs.
- Implement modern farming techniques and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, agronomists, veterinarians, and government agencies as required.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
- Solid knowledge of crop production, irrigation, soil management, and pest control.
- Experience in livestock management is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate farm machinery is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
