Job Summary

The PPC Executive is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling production activities to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining optimum inventory levels and efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Production, and Quality departments.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on the production plan.
- Follow up with the Purchase department to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid material shortages or excess stock.
- Update and maintain production planning reports and MIS.
- Track production targets and analyze daily production performance.
- Identify production delays and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure on-time order completion and dispatch.
- Prepare work orders and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Stores for material issuance and finished goods receipt.
- Monitor machine capacity and manpower utilization.
- Maintain production records, BOM, routing,



and planning documents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce production costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience in Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Valuable understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or other ERP software).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in the Toys, Plastic, Injection Moulding, or Manufacturing Industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
