Role Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end store operations, team leadership, and service excellence across pharmacy and clinic functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily store opening, closing, and structured shift handover.

Ensure strict SOP adherence, floor supervision, and customer flow management.

Plan and optimize staff deployment across shifts and peak hours.

Uphold visual merchandising, branding, and promotional standards.

Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and environmental compliance across all store areas.

Required Skills :

Revenue analytics, cost control, and financial awareness.

Inventory intelligence, stock planning,



and reorder management.

Manage customer relationships effectively, support sales conversion, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Team leadership, conflict resolution, and operational risk management.

Qualifications :

Any Graduation and Well Knowledge in Pharma industry.

Experience :

Minimum 2 - 3 years minimum experience in retail pharmacy and leadership capacity.

Demonstrated experience in high-volume retail environments.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
