- Qualification: B.Com or MBA (Finance) only
- Experience: 8–11 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have solid hands-on experience in:

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis
- Financial Modeling
- Business Performance Analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)

Industry Requirement

- Retail industry experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.




- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
- Analyze financial performance and identify key business trends.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Drive forecasting accuracy and support business planning initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
