We are looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Gym Trainers who genuinely enjoy helping people transform their lives.
Responsibilities
- Guide members on the gym floor.
- Create customized workout plans based on client goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure proper form.
- Design strength training, fat loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, and functional fitness programs.
- Motivate members to stay consistent and achieve results.
- Convert gym members into Personal Training (PT) clients.
- Maintain member progress records and regular follow-ups.
- Ensure gym equipment is used safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the gym floor.
- Assist in member retention and excellent customer service.
- Support fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer (Freshers with certifications may also apply).
- Certification from K11, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, REPS India, or any recognized fitness institute preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of:

- Nutrition Basics
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to motivate members.
- CPR & First Aid certification is an added advantage.
