Mobilization & Outreach
Identify, counsel, and mobilize eligible candidates through field visits, community engagement, educational institutions, local bodies, NGOs, and awareness campaigns.

· Admission & Enrollment Support
Assist prospective candidates in the admission process by explaining course benefits, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and ensuring timely enrollment.

· Relationship Building
Develop and maintain robust relationships with schools, colleges, village panchayats, government departments, community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders to generate continuous candidate referrals.

· Awareness & Promotional Activities
Organize seminars, career guidance sessions, job fairs, roadshows,



and promotional events to create awareness about the organization's training programs and employment opportunities.

· Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, mobilized candidates, admissions, and daily field activities. Submit regular reports to the reporting manager through the prescribed MIS/CRM system.

· Target Achievement & Follow-up
Achieve monthly mobilization and admission targets by conducting regular follow-ups with prospective candidates, addressing their queries, and coordinating with the admissions and training teams to ensure successful joining.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
