Experience: 5 to 10 Automobile dealership / EV / Retail sales
Roles and Responsibilities
Set up dealership (showroom, staff hiring, processes)
Ensure OEM/brand standards and guidelines
Drive vehicle sales and achieve monthly targets
Manage complete sales process (leads to delivery)
Educate customers about EV benefits & charging
Handle daily operations (inventory, showroom, deliveries)
Coordinate after-sales service and resolve issues
Build and lead a high-performing team
Manage dealership P&L; and control costs
Plan local marketing and brand promotion activities
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate (MBA preferred)
Robust leadership and sales skills
Basic financial and operational knowledge
