Designation: Cost Controller

Qualifications: CMA (ICWA) or MBA in Finance.

Experience:5–10 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, or Plant Finance.

Salary: Upto Rs.50,000 Inhand Per Month

Responsibility:

· Prepare and maintain standard costing for all products. Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) validation. Review inventory valuation and costing.

· Prepare annual operating budgets. Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis.

· Analyze Material Price Variance (MPV). Review Overhead Absorption Variance and recommend corrective actions.

· Review slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Participate in physical stock verification. Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.

· Monitor production cost per unit. Review scrap and wastage.



Drive cost reduction initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Direct & Indirect taxation experience

· Evaluate ROI (Return on Investment) and payback period for CAPEX investments.

· Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures. Support internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Technical Skills

- SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
