Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the electrical and engineering segment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Generate leads and convert them into orders




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Prepare proposals, techno-commercial offers, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
- Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in Railways)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as per business needs

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of electrical components/railway/infra projects
- Existing network in EPC/contractor segment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
