Role: Lead AWS Solutions Architect
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 10–15 Years
Working Days: 5 Days/Week
The role involves owning the complete AWS engagement lifecycle—from customer discussions and solution architecture to migration, implementation, delivery, and post-production support. You'll also lead the AWS practice, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with AWS partner teams.
Key Responsibilities:1. Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement – discovery calls, translating requirements into cloud strategy, SOW/LOE/cost estimation, owning proposals and RFP/RFI responses.2. Architecture & Solutioning – designing secure, scalable, cost-optimized AWS architectures (Well-Architected Framework aligned), HLD/LLD docs, WAFR reviews.3. Migration & Implementation – planning/executing migrations (rehost, replatform, refactor) using AWS MGN, DMS, Migration Hub; landing zones, networking (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway), IAM, security baseline, CI/CD; IaC via Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK.4. Operations, Support & Escalation Management – final technical escalation point, incident/RCA ownership,
monitoring/cost governance/security compliance, SLA ownership.5. AWS Partnership & Practice Management – owning AWS Partner tier, certifications, competencies, funding programs; liaising with AWS PDM/account teams.6. Team Leadership – building, leading, and mentoring the AWS engineering/architecture team; technical interviews and hiring; resource planning.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in Cloud Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture/DevOps
- 8+ years of hands-on AWS Solutions Architecture experience
- Enterprise-scale AWS solution design and migration
- AWS services: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, Route 53, Aurora, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub, AWS Config
- AWS Migration Hub, MGN, DMS, Landing Zones
- Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK
- CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.)
- Experience in pre-sales, architecture, estimation, delivery, and technical leadership
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
