Key Responsibilities

- Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Perform advanced, frequent head-to-toe assessments and continuously monitor vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation).
- Life-Support Management: Oversee complex equipment, including mechanical ventilators, cardiac monitors, and feeding tubes.
- Medication Administration: Calculate, prepare, and titrate critical intravenous medications and life-saving drugs.
- Emergency Intervention: Rapidly identify complications and execute emergency response procedures (e.g., CPR, defibrillation).
- Care Collaboration: Work directly with physicians, respiratory therapists, and specialists to execute personalized patient care plans.
- Patient Advocacy & Family Support: Provide emotional support, explain treatment timelines, and help families navigate complex medical information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
