Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives who can communicate effectively with prospective customers, generate leads, explain our services, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain company products and services in a professional manner.

Generate and qualify sales leads.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

Basic English communication is preferred.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).

Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

Freshers with valuable communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
