Job Description – HDD Site Supervisor (Trainee)

Location: Project Sites (Field Work)

Job Summary:
The HDD Site Supervisor (Trainee) will assist in supervising Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations at project sites. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with the drilling crew, and ensuring safe and effective execution of HDD work. This position involves complete site work in open field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in supervising daily HDD drilling operations at site.

- Manage and coordinate with operators, technicians, and site workers.

- Monitor drilling progress and proper use of HDD equipment.

- Maintain daily site reports and basic work records.

- Ensure safety practices are followed at the project site.

Qualification:





- Diploma in Mechanical / Civil or related field.

Salary & Training Period:

- ₹18,000 per month during the initial 6-month training period.

- After completion of training, performance will be reviewed and salary will be revised accordingly.

Experience:

- 1–4 years of Fiel jobs / field experience in HDD, pipeline, or related infrastructure projects.

Note:

- This role requires full-time site presence and working in open outdoor conditions.
