As we continue to grow our customer base and strengthen our operations, we are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier to manage billing processes, handle cash transactions, and support smooth daily store operations.

Job Summary

The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer billing, processing cash and digital payments, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. The role requires attention to detail, honesty, and good customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer billing and checkout processes accurately
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments efficiently
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions
- Ensure accuracy in billing, pricing, and quantity calculations
- Provide bills and receipts to customers
- Coordinate with sales staff for smooth customer service
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
- Monitor cash balance and report discrepancies if any
- Assist in preparing daily sales and cash reports




- Support basic inventory and stock coordination when required

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with billing software and POS systems is preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Excel
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions responsibly
- Multilingual ability is a strong advantage
- Preferred: Malayalam
