Job Description:

Experience in preparation and filing of Form 35, Form 36, Statement of Facts, Grounds of Appeal & Paper book before the 1st and 2nd Appellate Forum

Experience in Preparation of written submissions during Income Tax Assessments & compliance of notices.

Experience in Representation before Income Tax Authorities and Appellate Forum at various level.

Strong communications with clients on subject matter.

Ability to Coordinate with the team.

Desired Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in Direct Taxes

Advocate with 5-10 years of experience in Tax Litigation

Solid knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act and its application in corporate and individual tax matters.

Ability to manage assigned work while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Prior experience in handling assessments, and litigations will be preferred.

Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate at Lucknow.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
