Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer (Electrical) with a strong background in commercial kitchen equipment. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service of commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and test commercial kitchen equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and operational issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Inspect equipment and prepare service reports after each visit.
- Coordinate with customers, the service team, and the spare parts department for effective service execution.
- Identify spare parts requirements and recommend replacements where necessary.
- Ensure all installations and service activities comply with safety standards.




- Provide operational training to customers after installation.
- Maintain records of service visits, warranty claims, and AMC/CAMC activities.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to attend customer sites.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical control panels, heating systems, motors, induction equipment, ovens, dishwashers, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office for service reporting.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- ITI (Electrician) candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in installation and servicing of commercial kitchen equipment or food service equipment.
