Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Home Automation Support Trainee to join our technical support team. The candidate will assist customers and technicians with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of home automation products through phone, chat, and remote support. Fresh graduates with basic knowledge of electronics and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support to customers and field technicians.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of home automation devices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to smart switches, touch panels, gateways, sensors, and mobile applications.
- Guide customers on product setup and feature usage.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team.
- Record customer issues and resolutions in the support system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Test products and verify issue fixes when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electronics or electrical concepts.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Hindi speaking ability is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Eligibility

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (ECE, EEE, E&I;, Electrical, or related fields).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of smart home or IoT products.
- Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi) is an advantage.
- Customer support experience is a plus.
