Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Landran is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals to join our Admissions Team.

Position: Admission Counselor (Tele Calling Profile)

Qualification: Master's Degree (MBA Fresher can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information regarding academic programs, admissions, and eligibility criteria.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective applicants throughout the admission process.
- Ensure timely updates of lead status and counseling records.

Desired Skills:





- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and counseling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
- Prior experience in admission counseling, telecalling, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
