Job Summary

LS Electricals is establishing a Smart Grid Experimental Setup at IIT Hyderabad to support industry-oriented training, research, and advanced power system studies.

We are seeking a technically strong Industrial Marketing Manager who can engage with industries, consultants, and educational institutions, demonstrate the Smart Grid platform, and promote our technical training programs and power system solutions.

The candidate should be capable of combining technical knowledge with marketing ability to effectively communicate the value of smart grid technologies to engineers, decision-makers, and students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Industry Engagement

Identify and approach industrial clients including:

Pharma

Cement

Steel

Data centers

Manufacturing industries

Utilities and renewable energy companies

Build relationships with Electrical Heads, Maintenance Managers, and Design Engineers.

2. Smart Grid Demonstration

Conduct technical demonstrations of the Smart Grid Experimental Setup at IIT Hyderabad.

Explain key concepts including:

Distributed generation

Renewable integration

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Microgrid operation

Power quality and grid stability

Showcase how these technologies can benefit industrial electrical systems.

3. Training Program Promotion

Promote industry training programs and certifications offered by LS Electricals.

Present the benefits of training programs to:

Industry engineers

Consultants

Engineering students

Research scholars

4. Institutional Outreach

Visit engineering colleges and universities to introduce smart grid technologies.

Coordinate with HODs and faculty to organize:

Technical seminars

Workshops

Certification programs.

Business Development

Generate leads for:

Smart grid training programs

Power system studies

ETAP training

Power quality consulting

Convert leads into paid training enrollments and consulting opportunities.

6. Technical Presentations

Deliver technical presentations and seminars for:

Industry professionals

Engineering institutions

Professional bodies (IEEE, IEI, etc.).

7. Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends in:

Smart grids

Renewable integration

Power quality

Energy management

Identify new opportunities for training and consulting services.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Additional certification in Power Systems / Energy / Smart Grid is an advantage.

Experience

3–8 years experience in one or more of the following areas:

Industrial marketing of electrical products or services

Power system consulting

Technical training programs

Smart grid or renewable energy solutions

Compensation
