Overview:

Prodapt Solutions is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Engineer to design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise IT and business processes. The role requires deep hands-on technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, leadership in guiding engineering teams, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and optimize ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM modules.
- Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, flows, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects to align designs with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Oversee ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility with existing solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation, integrations, and enhancements.
- Provide technical documentation, training,



and knowledge sharing to support ongoing operations.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or others a plus).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and integration methods (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and enterprise IT operations.
- Experience with CMDB design, discovery, and service mapping.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
