Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bureau Operations Executive to manage credit bureau-related activities, ensure accurate customer data verification, and support the loan underwriting process. The ideal candidate should have experience working with credit bureaus and possess strong analytical and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and verify customer credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, Equifax).
- Analyze bureau reports and identify discrepancies or risk indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of bureau transactions and customer data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and customer verification.
- Resolve bureau-related issues and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor bureau data quality and report any inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with bureau partners for operational support and issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF High Mark reports.
- Understanding of credit bureau processes and loan operations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an NBFC, FinTech, Banking, or Lending industry.
- Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines related to credit bureau operations is an advantage.
