Position: Sous Chef – European Cuisine Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and oversee high-quality European cuisine while maintaining consistency and presentation.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Manage inventory, food costing, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

- 6–10 years of culinary experience, with at least 1 years as a Sous Chef.
- Strong expertise in European cuisine (Italian, Continental, French, Mediterranean, etc.).




- Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
