A Field Sales Representative (Aluminium Doors & Windows) drives revenue by traveling across Ahmedabad to sell architectural aluminium systems to builders, architects, contractors, and retail clients. They conduct face-to-face meetings, perform on-site measurements, and build local industry networks to meet sales quotas.Key Responsibilities

- Ahmedabad Territory Prospecting: Scout construction sites, architectural firms, and interior design studios across Ahmedabad to identify new project leads.
- In office Technical Consultations: Travel daily to project sites to meet clients, review blueprints, and recommend specific aluminium window and door profiles.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct face-to-face presentations showcasing product durability, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and aesthetic finishes.
- Measurement & Estimations: Take preliminary physical site measurements and collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate pricing quotes.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with local builders, civil contractors, and premium residential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Log daily field activities, site photos,



and client feedback on-the-go using mobile CRM applications.

Core Requirements

- Industry Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience specifically in aluminium fabrications, uPVC profiles, glass, or building materials.
- Local Geography Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Ahmedabad’s commercial and residential growth corridors (e.g., SG Highway, Bopal, Science City, Prahladnagar).
- Field Mobility: Possession of a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily site visits.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic architectural drawings, floor plans, and understand technical product specifications.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential for daily client interactions; basic English is preferred for reporting.
- Communication Skills: Strong face-to-face negotiation, active listening, and relationship-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
