About the Role

We need a Hiring Pro — a Recruitment Specialist with 5+ years of core hiring experience who has closed roles across IT and Non-IT functions. This is not a coordination role. We need someone who brings a sharp sourcing strategy, owns the full lifecycle, and treats every hire like their own.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining follow-up.
- Hire for IT roles (developers, DevOps, data, QA) and Non-IT roles (sales, product, HR, operations, mid-management).
- Build role-wise hiring strategies — sourcing mix, timelines, talent pipelines, and salary benchmarking.
- Source via Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and Boolean/X-ray search.
- Track metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio; share hiring dashboards.

Must have





- 4–5 years of core recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Strong grasp of tech stacks and market salary trends; able to screen technical candidates credibly.
- Hands-on with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and any ATS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management; able to handle 10–15 open positions at once.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR preferred.
- Proactive. You bring the opportunity and the angle, not just a list of what's trending.
- Organised enough to keep a calendar, a backlog, and a sensitivities list all live at once.
- Based in Gurugram or ready to relocate.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
