- Source candidate profiles through Infracon, LinkedIn, social networking sites, candidate referrals, networking, job portals, company databases, and CV screening.
- Should have proven experience in identifying suitable CVs for professionals engaged in Railway and Highway projects, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.
- Evaluate and scrutinize the quality of resumes before sharing them with hiring managers.
- Shortlist suitable and genuine candidates based on project requirements.
- Organize interviews for shortlisted candidates with clients.
- Build and maintain a professional database according to skill sets and domain expertise.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports.
