Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

Prepare Master Project Schedule using MS Project / Primavera P6Break down project into activities: WBS, BOQ mapping

Resource planning: manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors

Monitoring & Reporting Track daily/weekly/monthly progress vs baseline

Prepare S-curves, histograms, variance reports

Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and suggest recovery plans

Coordination Work with site, design, procurement, and billing teams

Conduct planning meetings and update stakeholders

Align 3-week look-ahead plans with site engineers

Cost & Contract Earned Value Analysis: EV, PV, SPI, CPI

Support billing team with progress % for RA bills

Review delay claims, extension of time EOT

Risk & Documentation I

Identify project risks and mitigation plans

Maintain project baseline, revisions,



and as-built schedule

Prepare reports for client and management

Skills Required:

Software: Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD for reference

Technical: CPM, PERT, Critical Path, Resource Leveling, Earned ValueKnowledge: Civil construction sequence, BOQ, contracts, FIDIC

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving

Qualification:B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 3-10 years in Buildings, Infrastructure, Roads, Metro, Industrial projects

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
