The candidate is responsible for driving field sales with marketing strategies for industrial machinery. Executing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports are the roles.
Responsibilities:Sales & Development:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through visits, calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Generate and qualify leads via visits, trade shows, and research.
- Maintain client database and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer queries.
- Guide clients in selecting suitable machinery solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, proposals, and renewals.
Marketing Support
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and events.
- Coordinate with the digital team for online leads and promotions.
- Share sales forecasts and create strategies to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
