Job Summary

Birla Open Minds International School, Nashik is seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to provide academic, operational, and strategic leadership. The Principal will be responsible for ensuring excellence in academics, school administration, staff development, student well-being, admissions, compliance, and overall school growth while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the school's academic programmes and curriculum implementation.
- Manage day-to-day school operations, administration, and statutory compliance.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Monitor student academic performance, discipline, safety, and overall well-being.
- Plan and supervise examinations, PTMs, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Ensure CBSE compliance, documentation, and quality standards.




- Build robust relationships with parents and stakeholders while resolving concerns effectively.
- Drive admissions, branding initiatives, and school growth.
- Oversee budgeting, resource utilisation, infrastructure, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with the Head Office to achieve organisational goals and continuous school improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in school education, including leadership experience as Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE guidelines, academic planning, school operations, and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
