Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Design & Development Engineer specializing in plastic product design, tooling, and manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end product development—from concept generation to prototyping and mass production—ensuring manufacturability, cost efficiency, and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Design & Development

- Develop creative plastic product designs
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and drawings
- Apply DFM and DFA principles

2. Tooling & Mold Development

- Support injection mold design (core, cavity, sliders)
- Review mold flow analysis
- Support mold trials and validation

3. Prototyping & Testing

- Coordinate prototyping (3D printing, CNC)
- Conduct testing and validation

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with manufacturing, quality,



and vendors

5. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain BOM, drawings, revisions
- Ensure compliance with standards

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of plastic design and injection molding
- CAD tools (SolidWorks)
- GD&T; and mold flow analysis understanding

Educational Requirements:

- Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering OR
- Diploma in Plastics Mold Technology OR
- B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer Engineering

Preferred:

- Experience in automotive, electronics, or industrial products
- Knowledge of ultrasonic welding, insert molding, finishing processes

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
