We are building an AI-powered tax automation platform and are looking for tech-agnostic generalists who can move fast and drive innovation across document extraction, automated tax preparation workflows, and integrations with leading tax software.

Position: Full Stack AI Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad- WFO
Working Hours: 2PM – 11PM

What We’re Building

- AI-based document extraction (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, receipts, brokerage statements)
- Automated tax preparation workflows with human review
- Integration with tax software (Drake, UltraTax, ProConnect, Lacerte, CCH)
- Advisory tools for tax planning

AI / LLM (Production Experience Required)

- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- RAG pipelines: vector databases, chunking, retrieval




- Agent-based systems: tool calling, multi-step orchestration
- Document parsing: PDFs, images, OCR
- Prompt engineering in production environments

Full-Stack Development

- Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python (FastAPI), or Node.js/TypeScript
- Frontend experience with React or similar frameworks
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS / GCP)
- Ability to build and deploy end-to-end solutions independently

Work Style

- Experience taking a project from zero to production (personal, freelance, or qualified)
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Focused on delivering working software over perfect architecture
- Takes ownership beyond just writing code
