Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic business decisions across the Group.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory regulations.




- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing.
- Implement financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
