EliteButlers Hospitality Solutions is a luxury staffing, training, and lifestyle management company with operations across India and the UAE. Founded by a hospitality veteran with 15+ years of experience across brands such as The Oberoi, Aman, ITC, Jumeirah, and Caesars Palace Dubai, we work across four verticals , Talent Acquisition & Staffing, Hospitality Training, Events Staffing, and Premium Household Management , placing exceptional talent with some of the most discerning clients in the industry.

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our in-house recruitment team of 10–15. You'll own the quality and performance of the team responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across our luxury hospitality and household mandates , bringing a hands-on, numbers-driven, lead-by-example approach to how the team runs day-to-day.

- Lead, manage, and grow a team of 10–15 talent acquisition professionals
- Own end-to-end recruitment quality, ensuring every candidate presented meets EliteButlers' standards
- Use CRM/ATS systems to manage the pipeline, track candidate data, and report on team output
- Set and track performance metrics , conversion rates, turnaround times, fill rates , and act on what the numbers show
- Spot performance gaps early and step in with coaching, training,



and hands-on support
- Manage workload and time across the team to consistently hit client deadlines
- Stay hands-on , lead from the front on sourcing, screening, and closing for critical or senior mandates
- Partner with leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning across India and UAE operations
- Build and refine recruitment SOPs so quality holds as the team scales

Ideal candidate should have :

- 6+ years in talent acquisition/recruitment, including 2+ years managing a team of 10–15 or similar size
- A background in luxury hospitality, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM/ATS platforms
- Comfort managing by the numbers , setting, tracking, and acting on team performance metrics
- Robust team management, coaching, and time management skills
- A leadership style that leads by example, not just from a dashboard
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Real ownership in shaping EliteButlers' talent acquisition function
- Exposure to premium hospitality, HNI, and UHNWI clientele across India and the UAE
- A high-visibility leadership role in a fast-growing luxury hospitality solutions company
