What you will do:

- Design, assemble and create overall Email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Segment databases based various parameters to perform different campaigns
- Setup Drip communication strategies for different stages of a customer journey
- Plan and design different CTAs for every template.
- Test achievement of each campaign and determine KPIs at each stage
- Evaluate campaign performance and suggest techniques for improvements.
- Categorize and segment lists of people on the basis of past email engagement and website
- interactions.
- Make documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests and promotions that prevail through
- email
- Compose newsletters and updates on a weekly basis
- Work closely with the Marketing teams as well as sales managers
- Develop and update templates for our email/whatsapp utilizing graphics, illustrations,
- personalization and propelled features

You should apply If you:

- Prior experience in internet /Ecommerce industry
