We are looking for a Manager – Accounting & Compliance to handle end-to-end client accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role involves managing multiple clients independently and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts from document collection to final delivery
- Handle monthly bookkeeping and review financial records
- Ensure compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, PT)
- Process payroll and statutory filings
- Coordinate with auditors for audits and tax filings
- Prepare MIS reports and interact with clients
- Support and guide junior team members
Requirements
- B.Com / MBA / CMA
- 2–3 years experience in accounting & compliance
- Hands-on experience: Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation & compliance
- Good communication and client-handling skills
Work Details
- Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai
- Work from home: Post-probation (approval-based)
- Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
