Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pathology Technician to assist in laboratory operations and sample testing procedures. The candidate will be responsible for handling laboratory equipment, preparing samples, and supporting accurate diagnostic processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the lab.
- Record and maintain test reports and documentation accurately.
- Follow laboratory safety standards and protocols.
- Assist pathologists and medical staff in laboratory operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of reports and samples.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or relevant field.
- Prior experience in pathology/laboratory work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
